APRIL 2011: Alexandria launches the first annual Alexandria Summit®, a groundbreaking forum for visionaries from the medical, academic, industry, financial, advocacy, and government communities to tackle the most critical global healthcare challenges shaping the future of life science research and development.

JULY 2011: ARE receives Baa2/BBB- (stable outlook) investment grade rating from two major rating agencies.

JULY 2012: Alexandria rings The Closing Bell at the NYSE to celebrate the Company's 15th anniversary as a publicly traded company.
